PRICING

  • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Accessories shown in product images are not included unless specified.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are fixed at checkout.
  • Promotional codes apply only to the transaction in which they are used.

ORDERS

  • Orders are confirmed via email with an order number. By proceeding, you agree to these terms and our Website Terms of Use.
  • Ensure accurate contact details are provided for order updates.
  • Blaxteron reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternatives, store credit, or a full refund.
  • Custom-made items (e.g., tailored dresses, monogrammed accessories) require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due prior to delivery. Online orders must be paid in full at checkout.
  • Cancellations for custom orders incur a 50% cancellation fee; store credit is issued for the remaining balance.

PAYMENT METHODS
Secure Online Payments

  • All transactions are encrypted via 256-bit SSL security. Credit card details are not retained by Blaxteron.

Accepted Payment Options

  1. Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  2. PayPal: Process payments instantly without sharing financial details.
  3. Klarna: Split purchases into 4 interest-free payments (U.S. residents only; eligibility criteria apply).
  4. Google Pay: Quick checkout using your Google account.

DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP

  • Shipping Times: Domestic orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days; custom items may take longer.
  • Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.
  • Risk of Loss: Products are your responsibility upon delivery. Sign for packages only if undamaged.
  • Pickup Option: Orders can be collected free of charge from our Denver store during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–5 PM; Sun, 11 AM–3 PM). Contact us at 720-256-5545 to confirm availability.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery via email (blaxteron@outlook.com) with photos of the issue.
  • Return damaged items at our expense; we’ll repair, replace, or refund as applicable.
  • Items deemed undamaged upon inspection may incur return shipping costs.

REFUNDS & RETURNS (EXCLUDES CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS)

  • Return unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping fees).
  • Returns must be shipped at your expense; we recommend insured, trackable methods.
  • Refunds are processed within 72 business hours of receipt.
  • Items assembled or missing packaging are ineligible for return.

WARRANTIES

  • All products are covered by a limited warranty against defects. Details are available here.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, images, and designs on our website and store are property of Blaxteron and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
