Return policy

At Blaxteron, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return policy for most items purchased on our website. This policy does not apply to custom-made products, which are final sale.

If you’re not entirely happy with your online purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of delivery in its original, unmarked condition with all tags attached and unopened packaging. A refund will be issued for the item’s cost, minus shipping fees, once the return is received and inspected. Refunds are processed within 72 business hours of receipt at our warehouse.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Items that have been assembled, worn, altered, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
  • Custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  2. Follow the instructions provided to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
  3. Ship the item to: Blaxteron Returns, 3868 Davis Lane, Denver, Colorado, United States.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Products must be returned in re-saleable condition with all accessories included.
  • Blaxteron is not responsible for returns damaged or lost during transit. Insure your package appropriately.
